OPSEU Local 565 is pleased to announce that the tentative agreement regarding changes to the collective agreement with the AGCO has been ratified by the Union.

More than 3/4 of the bargaining unit across Ontario cast a ballot on the tentative agreement with a majority endorsing it, signaling broad engagement by the membership.

Next steps are that AGCO Management will be recommending acceptance at a AGCO Board meeting on April 6, 2011 after which they will seek an Order in Council confirming the agreement.
