Contest Rules:

HOW TO ENTER: The Southern Caribbean Cruise for Two is offered by OPSEU and its partners. Simply visit www.opseu.org/wincruise  and complete the official electronic entry form. Your entry must be submitted no later than Dec. 4, 2009. Only one entry per OPSEU member is allowed. RANDOM DRAW: There will be a random draw from all entries on Friday, Dec. 11, 2009. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone after the draw date and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to win. In the event the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five days of prize notification, another entry will be drawn from all eligible entries received. PRIZE: The contest prize consists of one 7-day Southern Caribbean cruise for two persons, double occupancy, including airfare from anywhere in Ontario, transfers and taxes, departing in the winter of 2009-10. The cruise is courtesy of OPSEU, Vision 2000, Air Canada Vacations, Royal Caribbean Cruises, BAKA Communications Inc. and The CG&B Group Inc.. The prize is non-exchangeable, nontransferable, and non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted by the winner as awarded. ELIGIBILITY: The winning entry must be a verifiable member in good standing of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union or a member of its Retired Members Division, and must be 19 years old or older on the date of the draw. Entries are subject to verification and can be declared invalid. Employees of OPSEU, Air Canada Vacations, Vision 2000 Cruises or Royal Caribbean are not eligible. 1. OPSEU will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, stolen, destroyed, delayed or invalid entries, or for any failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination. 2. The contest sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest. 3. Entrants agree to abide by these contest rules and the decisions of the judging panel, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. 4. By entering this contest, the selected participant agrees to release OPSEU, Air Canada Vacations, Vision 2000, Royal Caribbean, BAKA Communications Inc. or The CG&B Group Inc., their officers, directors and employees, their agencies, partner companies and their affiliates and all of their officers, directors and employees from any liability occurring as a result of a prize being awarded and confirms compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. 5. By entering this contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of the Contest judging panel. 6. Contest rules may be amended by the contest sponsors at any time during the contest period. 7. The sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Contest.
