WHY THIS SURVEY
The purpose of the survey is to draw on the experience and knowledge of OPSEU
members to suggest solutions regarding the policies, practices and procedures of
the Ministry of Environment.
The information gathered through this survey will contribute to a report that
OPSEU plans to submit to the Walkerton Inquiry. OPSEU has standing at the
Walkerton Inquiry. Comments from OPSEU members will be kept anonymous.
YOUR RESPONSE IS CONFIDENTIAL
When you activate the submit button, your response will automatically be
e-mailed to the first listed project team member from your professional area.
For example, Rod Adams will receive all abatement responses. The technology only
allows one e-mail address to receive your response.
For all other MOE staff who don’t fall under the Abatement, IEB, Tech
Support, and Lab categories, your responses will be automatically e-mailed to
OPSEU staff person Megan Park at mpark@opseu.org
All responses will be kept strictly confidential by OPSEU. Information
gathered through this survey will contribute to a report we will submit to the
Walkerton Inquiry. Any quote from your response that appears in the report will
be attributed anonymously. If you have specific concerns about confidentiality,
please contact Megan Park at 1-800-268-7376 ext. 207 or mpark@opseu.org.
WHEN WE NEED SURVEY RESPONSES
We ask that you submit your responses no later than
December 22, 2000. The information gathered through the survey is for
the Walkerton Inquiry and so the timelines are necessarily short. Thank you in
advance for your understanding and co-operation.
