OPSEU member, Darlene Kaboni from region 6 and Campaigns Officer Luisa Quarta
will be touring Guatemala with a group from Horizons of Friendship, an
international development organization based in Coburg, Ontario. Horizons works
with local development groups in all six Spanish-speaking countries in Central
America plus the province of Chiapas in southern Mexico. This will be the fourth
“exposure tour” to involve OPSEU participation.
