Marnie Niemi CD fundraiser to support fund

Here’s a great way to improve your CD collection, while ensuring your support for a great cause, OPSEU’s Live and Let Live Fund.

Musician (and OPSEU staff member) Marnie Niemi has participated in an exciting new music project and is donating proceeds from the sale of the CD to the Fund.

Marnie sings on this 5-song EP, titled "Hill Williams." On the CD, she joins roots musicians John Showman and Andrew Collins (Juno nominees 2004 for their Creaking Tree String Quartet debut recording), Chris Coole (Foggy Hogtown Boys), and Kristin Cavoukian in these five original, laid-back recordings written by David Norris (www.weirdemma.com  ).

Marnie is donating the proceeds to Live and Let Live. Members, staff and friends can buy them online for $10 (including shipping), and OPSEU will donate another $10, meaning $20 from each sale will go to the Stephen Lewis Foundation. Only 80 copies are still available, so get yours soon!
