Angie Beauchamps, Robin Legreley, and 34 of their co-workers in Local 641 went on
strike Sept. 27 at Integration Communautaire Cochrane Community Living. "This
strike is about communication," said bargaining team member Francine Coté. "We
are the ones who care for people with developmental disabilities in our community.
Ensuring the best possible care for them is all we care about. We need the
management of ICCCL to start communicating - and start caring."
