On April 11, 2001, a tentative
agreement was reached between the Employer (Ministry
of Correctional Services) and the Union (Ontario
Public Service Employees Union) concerning the
application of the collective agreement during the
first phase of the ministry's transition. This
document is the formal agreement between the parties.
