calls for continued provincial delivery of ODSP but with substantial
improvements made to the program.

July 25, 2011 Last week, the Ministry of Community and Social Services brought into Toronto all OPSEU ministry members who received pre-notice letters for a joint presentation with the OPSEU MERC on their Article 20 entitlements.
