March 6, 2014 OPSEU has reached a
landmark settlement with the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG)
with respect to the implementation of all outstanding grievance
awards affecting court reporters in the province.
October 24, 2013 The employer’s refusal to
comply with a 2006 ruling by the Grievance Settlement Board that the production
of transcripts is bargaining unit work is starting to catch up with the Ministry
of the Attorney General

March 17, 2010 In a March 11th decision, the
Grievance Settlement Board has requested that all court reporters who
provided transcription work since July 2003 submit a claim for all of
the hours that you’ve worked and not been paid appropriately.
