The Grievance Settlement Board's ruling recognizes that the new OPS collective agreement provides for conversion of unclassified staff upon completion of 18 months of service. However, the last paragraph of the ruling contains an error. It states that: "The employer is directed to convert all driver examiners who completed two years of service before September 17,2002." It should correctly state "18 months." The GSB has been alerted to the error; we expect a correction soon.
