Negotiations are not yet complete for the dispute resolution process for Systems Officers who still feel they are improperly classified. For any member who has already filed a grievance and is approaching the Stage Two time limits, it is recommended that the time limits be extended for 30 days, pending completion by OPSEU and the Employer of negotiations of the dispute resolution mechanism for Systems Officers. Grievors should make sure to send a copy of their grievance to the attention of the Joint System Sub Committee at OPSEU, 100 Lesmill Road, Toronto, M1N 3P8, along with any information that helps to explain their case. | ||
