Everyday about forty members from various locals throughout the North Bay service area picket in the community of Strurgeon Falls. Because the only office there has been locked up for the duration of the strike, a local business has allowed them to set up their picket on vacant property ajacent to the major east/ west thoroughfare Hwy 17. This allows OPSEU to gain maximum exposure during the strike. Moreover daily parades are staged throughout the downtown area. Thanks for the great effort in West Nipissing.

Today OPSEU members from a various locals in North Bay descended on the hamlet of Verner located in the Municipality of West Nipissing about 30 minutes west of North Bay on HWY 17 .
