On Tuesday, the OPSEU flag was proudly hoisted to a position of prominence over Fort Nipigon at 5 1/2 Wadsworth Drive. Plans are under way to elect a provisional government of the new republic in the absence of a provincial government whose leader was last seen golfing in California. One of the first tasks of the provisional government will be to draft a template for a quality public service that provides for the needs of its clients, respects the integrity of its workers and compensates them for their efforts.
