EXTRA
Nothing has changed
Despite the rumours that may be flying around, talks are continuing.
Should there be any change in this, you will hear it directly from the union through the website, through FRONTlines, or through the Real Deal.
“The strike is strong and has brought us back to the table,” said Bargaining Team Chair Marg Simmons. “Don’t let rumours interfere with running the best strike possible.”
Talks continue with a media blackout
This means that both parties are at the table. It means we can’t tell you anything about the talks. But it is hopeful, because there is no possibility of settlement when the parties are not bargaining.
A full edition of FRONTlines, with the day’s news from around the province will be published later this evening.
