As a Pay and Benefit Representative it’s my job to make sure payroll information is accurate and that staff receive their pay on time. I am also responsible for the salary income tax, CPP and EI deductions being compiled and paid to Revenue Canada. The increased workload in my department
has dramatically increased stress levels and people are getting sick more, leaving us even more short-handed.

before they even get to trial.
