Join us Monday, Sept. 7 2009, for the 2009 Labour Day Parade in Toronto.

When: Monday, Sept. 7 2009, 8:30 a.m.

Where: Corner of University Street and Dundas Street (look for our flags)

Important information regarding refreshments:

  1. There will be no bottled water available

  2. Please bring your own pre-filled water bottle

  3. There will be pop and juice for participants during the parade

Only OPSEU Members will receive an OPSEU T-shirt to wear in the Parade T-shirts will be distributed after 8:30 am only.

Free entrance to the CNE with wristband for Parade participants. You will receive wristband with your t-shirt.

Snacks will be provided during the parade.

Bring your OPSEU Flags and Banners!

  • If you have mobility issues and would like to take part in the Parade, there is limited seating available in the van. If you would like to reserve a space please contact Jim Jurens (647-222-3855).

If your local would like to make a donation please give the cheque to RVP Nancy Pridham (make the cheque payable to “Region 5 Labour Day Fund”).
