Tentative agreement reached at The Scarborough Hospital

The Scarborough Hospital and OPSEU Local 575 reached a tentative agreement August 9, 2005 at 5:15 p.m.

The bargaining team is recommending that the members ratify the agreement.

“This is a good deal for our members and we recommend it unanimously,” said Pat Collyer, chair of the union bargaining team.

Details of the contract will be available after the ratification vote which is to be held on or before September 1, 2005. The previous contract expired on March 31, 2004.
