OAKVILLE - Striking workers at the Syl Apps Youth Centre will demonstrate at Oakville MPP Kevin Flynn's office tomorrow.

"We want to educate Mr. Flynn about what is happening right here on his own doorstep," said Mohar Budhram, President of Local 213. "Up until now, it would appear that Mr. Flynn has not been taking an active interest in what is happening in his riding."
Demonstrators plan to inform the Liberal MPP about the outstanding issues in the seven-week old strike.
"We want to make it clear to Mr. Flynn that his government's irresponsible use of taxpayer money is unacceptable," Budhram said. "Kinark Child & Family Services are doing everything in their power to resist settling this strike. Mr. Flynn's government funds Kinark, so it is time the Liberals stepped in and accepted responsibility."
