OPSEU donates $10,000 toward Peterborough flood relief

PETERBOROUGH -- The Ontario Public Service Employees Union will donate $10,000 for disaster relief in Peterborough, which was devastated by recent flooding.

OPSEU President Leah Casselman said “union members are proud citizens of Peterborough, and we want to do our part to help the victims of the flooding.”

The union’s donation will be shared, with $5,000 to the Canadian Red Cross disaster relief fund and $5,000 to a Peterborough food bank.
