Leah Casselman and Peter Kormos to hold news conference at Oaklands Regional Centre

Oakville – OPSEU President Leah Casselman, and NDP MPP Peter Kormos will tour Oaklands Regional Centre (OPSEU Local 249) and will host a news conference at 10:30 to discuss the status of bargaining at the Centre.

On April 5, members of the local gave their bargaining team a 75 per cent strike mandate. The employer is offering a wage increase of less than one per cent.
