Citizen is keynote speaker at Public Service Fair
NORTH BAY - Bruce Davidson, spokesperson
for Concerned Walkerton Citizens, will be the keynote speaker at a “celebration
of public services” hosted by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union
in North Bay this weekend.
“Recent events have underscored the
importance of public services as never before,” said OPSEU president
Leah Casselman. “People everywhere are coming together to stand up for
strong, accountable public services that keep the public safe.”
The Public Service Fair is a family event
that kicks off on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 11:00 a.m. in the Kiwanis
Bandshell, North Bay waterfront. Everyone
is invited.
