Train the Trainer: Focus on Facilitation Skills, 2012

On May 7-10, 2012, 20 OPSEU members and staff came together to practice facilitating OPSEU courses. The Train the Trainer: Focus on Facilitation Skills program examined barriers to equitable participation, the value of good introductions, and provided participants the opportunity to actively practice a variety of facilitation skills which included developing their own energizers.
