LBED elects bargaining team at smash-hit pre-bargaining conference
“We’re all in the same boat” is the message OPSEU members at the
Liquor Board Employees Division will be taking back to their locals this summer.
About 80 delegates to the LBED pre-bargaining conference were in Toronto May
24-25 to make plans for the bargaining table. Members took part in workshops and
elected a new seven-member bargaining team. Watch for a full report in the Echo
newsletter later this week.

It was a beautiful day and a great turnout: Over 90 per
cent of locals sent delegates to the 2008 pre-bargaining conference.
