 Stephen Lewis, the United Nations' special envoy dealing with HIV/AIDs in Africa, outlined to Convention where money donated through OPSEU's Live and Let Live Fund has gone to make life
better for people dealing with the disease. He thanked OPSEU for its support in the battle. 
Greg Garrison of Local 594 and Suzanne Kleimanis accept the first Live and Let Live award for a local that has made the greatest contribution to OPSEU's efforts
to fight the ravages of HIV/AIDS. The presentation was made by Stephen Lewis, whose address to convention several years ago galvanized the union to adopt the cause. |
