Healthy recipes from the PWC Women’s Conference

Many of us are looking for ways to live
a healthier lifestyle. The participants of the 2011 Women’s Conference “Taking
Root: The Human Right to Food and Water” developed
a health-conscious recipe book.
The recipes in this booklet highlight
seasonal ingredients that will help you create your own delicious meals while
keeping in mind the philosophies of food justice that were explored at the
Women’s Conference. Please share this recipe book with others who are interested
in being healthier or simply want to try something new. Enjoy the recipes!
