PWC car workshop geared to women

August 24. 2009

The OPSEU Provincial Women’s Committee held a car maintenance survival workshop on Aug. 20 in Sudbury where 12 sisters and one brother learned the essentials of car maintenance.

Guest speaker and local mechanic Kristy Pugilese showed participants how to check fluids, change tires, check for tire balding and pressure, and so on.

The workshop was a big confidence-booster and a huge success. The time sped by!
