Special notice to MTO Employees
LICENSING AND CONTROL BRANCH -- KINGSTON
As of Nov. 19, 2001, 19 OPSEU members at MTO Licensing & Control Branch -- Planning, Financial Control Unit, 355 Counter Street Kingston, will be reassigned to the Shared Services Bureau in Management Board Secretariat.
DRIVER EXAMINATION CENTRES (DECs)
Members working at the DECs should have been notified Nov. 15th of a meeting that will be held Nov. 19th. At this meeting they will receive their election notices on the outsourcing of the DECs as in Appendix 18 - Schedule A.
Employees will have until Nov. 26 to return their election form to the employer. If you do not choose, you are assumed to be included in the RFP.
