February 13, 2001 OPSEU has repeatedly tried to set an
arbitration date with the employer this week. However, the employer side was
not able to supply legal counsel for their side. As a result, the arbitration date has been set
for Monday, February 19, 2001. At that time, OPSEU will be arguing for interim
relief for members who have not received their severance pay, as well as
presenting a proposal for settlement of our grievance win. Watch here for further details. | ||
