OPSEU president Smokey Thomas writes that the Minister of Training, Colleges and
University has the legislative authority to order Colleges to count the ballots

DivEx members meet with Premier Dalton McGuinty
On January 20 OPSEU executive board members and CAAT-A
DivEx members met with Premier Dalton McGuinty in Ottawa and urged
him to order the Colleges to stop their obstruction to counting the
votes cast by CAAT part-timers in favour of joining OPSEU.

government direct the employers at Ontario’s 24 community colleges
to immediately withdraw their challenges to the certification votes

investigation of a complaint that the Ontario government is denying
