July 17, 2007 The OPSECAAT van was in Weston
today. Candy Lindsay, vice-president of OPSECAAT attended a Liberal
photo-op event and reminded Health Minster George Smitherman of the need
to move forward and provide rights for part-time college workers.
Next event
On Wednesday July 18, the van and OPSECAAT members will
be attending a news conference at 9:30 am being held by Minister Jim
Watson Minister of Health Promotion.
The event will be at Humbercrest Loblaws, 3671 Dundas St
West (near Scarlett Rd), Toronto. OPSEU and OPSECAAT members are
invited to attend.
