July 27, 2007 At a government announcement in Iroquois today, Liberal MPP Jim Brownell (Stormont-Dundas-Charlottenburgh) told OPSECAAT President Roger Couvrette he continues to lobby his colleagues on behalf of part-time college workers.

OPSECAAT Vice-President Candy Lindsay and Couvrette are currently on tour in Eastern Ontario in the OPSECAAT van.

Couvrette, who met with Brownell a year ago, described the MPP, a former teacher, as an 'ardent' supporter of part-time college workers.
