May 13, 2004 OPSEU Members have voted 77% to reject the Niagara Parks Commission's offer and have authorized the bargaining team to call a strike if necessary.  The two sides are at the bargaining table trying to negotiate a settlement.  Negotiations will continue on Friday, May 14th.  

April 30, 2004 Final contract offer from the Niagara Parks Commission to OPSEU and its members in Local 217.

April 30, 2004   5:00 pm Management tabled final offer.  Offer will be brought back to the membership.  Time, date and place to be announced. In the interim, business as usual.  Report to work.
