June 22, 2010 News Release Members of OPSEU
Local 203 have been bargaining their first collective agreement since
January and have just filed for conciliation. In June the employer fired the
Local Secretary, Mickey Montin. OPSEU has filed unjust labour practice
charges at the OLRB. Members are rallying around Mickey and mobilizing
against employer tactics.
