We, the undersigned, fully support our bargaining team and expect you to take our demands seriously.  We want a mediated settlement and an agreement on all central issues, and we want it NOW! 

Our team is available and ready to meet at any time.  We demand that your team be available to continue to do whatever it takes to get a settlement that recognizes us for the important work we do, and which deals with our concerns about our wages and working conditions. 

We will not be intimidated.  We ask that your team put as much effort into reaching an agreement as your hospital managers in many communities across the province have put into intimidating our members.
