Highlights of the tentative agreement

Term 2 years: April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2006

Salary Increases - For All Classifications

5% on April 1, 2004
3% on April 1, 2005

Special case: Pharmacists receive a $5.23 increase plus the above % rates. Shift Premiums increased.

Vision Care increased to $200 every 24 months from $150.00 plus an eye exam.
