October 3, 2007 All HPD Local Interest Arbitration hearings for the
2006-2009 round have now been completed. Several locals and hospitals were
experiencing implementation difficulties which had to be resolved by further
supplementary awards. The primary Awards will be posted on this site as they are
released.

local issues hearings for participating
hospitals and locals for the 2006-2009 round
have been set for March of 2007 in front of
Arbitrator Christopher Albertyn. The union's
nominee is J. Cameron Nelson and the
hospitals' nominee is Angelo Pesce. Location
