Employers in developmental services sign on to Joint Declaration

September 23 meeting to plan bargaining strategy for Developmental Services

September 17, 2009  Developmental Services units are encouraged to send a delegate to an upcoming bargaining meeting September 23 at the Delta Chelsea hotel in Toronto. The meeting is intended to continue building towards a vision of coordinated bargaining within the sector. For registration and more details, click here.

Bargaining poll to begin soon

July 31, 2009 OPSEU, in conjunction with Viewpoints Research, will begin a poll of members in Developmental Services for the upcoming round of bargaining. The purpose of the poll is to get members’ views on working conditions and bargaining priorities for the next contract.

Viewpoints Research will conduct the poll by telephone from August 4-14. Not every member will be called – only a representative sample of current members.

Be assured that any information supplied to Viewpoints Research is held in strict confidence, and will only be used for the purpose of this poll.

We hope that those contacted will participate in this very important initiative.
