July 7, 2004  NUPGE President James Clancy and CLC Executive Vice President Marie Clarke Walker attend a rally for striking Syl Apps workers in Oakville on July 6. Brother Clancy presented a cheque to Local 213 in the amount of $7,500, money that was donated by delegates to the NUPGE convention. Members of Local 213 have been on strike for 84 days.
