What's New

March 6, 2007 OPSEU will be preparing a submission on Bill 171, the Health System Improvements Act, and the regulation of psychotherapy, and its impact on our members who work as social workers or counsellors in a broad spectrum of health and social services settings. For those who may be interested, here is the link to the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (HPRAC) website, where you will find its 2006 report, which recommended many of the changes that are in Bill 171: www.hprac.org
