March 6, 2007 OPSEU will be preparing a submission on Bill 171, the Health System Improvements Act, and the regulation of psychotherapy, and its impact on our members who work as social workers or counsellors in a broad spectrum of health and social services settings. Press Conference
October 26, 2001 OPSEU President Leah Casselman and CUPE Ontario's Sid Ryan held a joint press conference to discuss workload, funding and related issues. Events were held around the province that same day to publicize the frustrations of CAS workers. Here is the text of her speech.
