Tentative agreement in York CAS strike

Sept. 11, 2007 After an extremely long day of negotiations, negotiators for Local 304 and York CAS were able to reach a tentative settlement at 4 a.m. today. 

The offer will be brought back to the membership with a recommendation from the negotiating team.  A ratification vote is planned for Wed. Sept. 12 .  More details will follow.

Details of the tentative settlement will not be shared until the meeting. The unit went on strike Aug. 27 over workload and other workplace issues.
