A good contract,
fairly reached

Our goal hasn’t changed since we signed union cards and started bargaining. We’ve got a great group of members doing important work.

They deserve fair treatment and a honest day’s wage for a honest day’s work. We continue to think that is achievable.

Achievable doesn’t mean easy.

It never did. Right now is the hardest time in any round of bargaining.

It’s called the crunch, because that’s what it does to your nerves. At the moment it looks very much as if we will be walking out on Nov. 1.

The ball is in AGCO’s court. We’re waiting.

Believe in yourself;
believe in the union
