the pay...

You’ve seen the offer from AGCO. It’s deceptive. They highlight salary adjustments on April 1 1998 and Jan. 1, 1999, then say nothing will be retroactive.

And:

• There’s still no pay grid.

• You still can’t grieve that you are not paid properly.

• It’s still not enough.

These are the people who just gave their CEO a whomping big 35 per cent raise. He’s pushing $170,000 a year. So how does 2 per cent look to you now?
