OFL Drive To Work Caravan launched
 

The Ontario Federation of Labour’s DRIVE TO WORK CARAVAN is officially on the road after the Caravan’s simultaneous launch from Oshawa and Kenora.

The 3,000 mile province-wide tour has been put together by the OFL’s affiliated unions, anti-poverty groups, the faith community and unemployed workers to listen and document the impact of the recession on families and communities. The Caravan will travel to over 50 cities in Ontario that have over 100 events planned. For more information, go to http://www.drivetowork.ca/

June 23 From 4:15 - 7:00 p.m. a rally will be held at the CAW Local 1999. Hall in St. Catharine’s at 124 Bunting Rd.

June 23 A rally will also take place at 4:30 p.m. in Hamilton at the Hamilton General Hospital at 237 Barton St. E.

June 25 The OFL Drive to Work Caravan's final rally on Thursday, June 25 in Toronto will be at 12:30 p.m. at Queen's Park.
