unionized LCBO employees. The division was created
in June 2005 after a vote by members of the Ontario
Liquor Boards Employees Union to merge with OPSEU.

April 15, 2008: Three sets of 2007 Provincial H&S Minutes
posted without employer sign-off--After months of trying to finalize minutes of
three 2007 Provincial Health and Safety Committee Meetings, the Provincial
Health and Safety Committee finally told the employer that they had until April
15th to propose any edits prior to the minutes simply being released by the
union. The employer states that they "cannot sign off old minutes if their
committee has changed." However, only SOME of their committee has changed,
and.....well can't they talk? more...
