Let's Talk Solutions

Forums on the Economic Crisis

The economic challenges we face today are unprecedented. They affect communities, families, and businesses. But, by working together, we can produce real solutions that will strengthen all of us.

To that end, OPSEU is hosting community forums across Ontario, where we hope people from all sectors of the local economy can come together to exchange ideas and develop recommendations.

We'll be asking our panelists and audience participants to consider the following three questions:

  • What has been the impact of the economic crisis on the community?

  • What resources do we have in the community to respond to the crisis?

  • What does the community need from business, labour, government and the community/non-governmental sector to stimulate our local economy?

The forums are open to everyone.
