New strike deadline set
In the last issue of ImpacT At The Table,
we told you that we were still in discussions with the employer on
proposed dates for mediation and setting a new strike deadline. Those
dates have now been established.
Your Bargaining Team will meet with the employer and the
mediator on April 26-27, and the new strike deadline has been set for
12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28.
Your Team is still working on reaching an agreement with
the employer on the outstanding bargaining issues. Please continue
showing your support in the workplace, and we will keep you informed as
events unfold.
Stay solid!
