People with
developmental disabilities, their families, local politicians,
community leaders and the local media came out to events all
across Ontario to celebrate the people who work Developmental
Services.
The message the
workers received was loud and clear:
Your work
matters - to the people you support, to their families and to
your community as a whole. The difference you make in peoples
lives is immeasurable.
